What you need
All that you need to do this are 3 things: A computer that is not from 1995, a 32-bit windows operating system and a brain. Step 1
This is the first step, and honestly, it is not that complicated, so unless you are borderline retarded, this should be pretty basic. Go to this website:http://flyakiteosx.en.softonic.com, then click on the download button. In the downloader, there will be an option to install some sort of security software, and unless you are an idiot, you will not install that software.
Step 2
Now install the software. For best results, check all the check boxes, if you do not trust this program, then do not let it edit win32.dll, because then some programs won't run, and you will bitch at me. Even if you do let the program modify win32.dll, once you uninstall the program, everything will go back to normal. 
Step 3
Now you should have the software installed. Download rocket dock from this website:http://rocketdock.com/ and install it. Get rid of all the icons, and drag in you icons. If you want the dock icons to look like mac icons, you will have to drag them all out, and then drag your icons in. After you put all the icons from your desktop into the dock, right click on the desktop, mouse over icons, and uncheck show desktop icons. Then right click on the dock, and under options, enable start with windows and minimize to dock.
Step 4
Once you are done, download the OSX theme for rocket dock here:http://rocketdock.com/addon/skins/25348, then extract it into your rocket dock skins folder. If you want to change any of the icons, you can do so by simply downloading a picture, then right clicking on one of the icons, and selecting tat picture.
Step 5
Now, download Yahoo widgets and install whichever widgets float your boat.
